Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Swapcard Corporation. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our users, event organizers, and exhibitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective support to users, event organizers, and exhibitors through various communication channels.
- Run regular webinars to educate and engage event organizers and exhibitors on the platform's features and best practices.
- Collaborate with the event team to create engaging content for attendees, exhibitors, and organizers.
- Offer online and onsite support for events throughout their duration.
- Act as the voice of users to improve the platform and provide valuable feedback to the development team.
Requirements
- High level of English and any other language will be appreciated.
- Prior experience in customer service, support, or project management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work autonomously.
- Service-oriented and empathetic towards clients.
- Startup mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, and initiate quickly.
