Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support our talent management and development initiatives. This role will work closely with department managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies, employee relations, and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment plans to attract top talent
  • Provide coaching and consultation services to employees and managers on employment-related matters
  • Administer employee benefit programs, including open enrollment and benefit changes
  • Compile statistical reports for departments using HRIS data
  • Participate in team projects addressing strategic initiatives as directed by the HR Manager
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a business partner role
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups, including employees, managers, and external partners
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and software applications
