We are seeking a highly motivated Key Account Specialist to join our Sales Team.

Your Role:
You will be responsible for proactively managing existing relationships with customers, ensuring the highest satisfaction levels by addressing their needs and concerns, and contributing to maintaining a predictable order flow. This involves collaborating with the international team to achieve regional and personal goals, prioritizing customer needs in all interactions and activities, and striving to position 1NCE as the leading provider of IoT connectivity.
Responsibilities:
- Proactive customer support: Manage existing relationships, ensure high satisfaction levels, and contribute to maintaining a predictable order flow.
- Collaborate with the international team: Work closely with the team to achieve regional and personal goals, emphasizing close teamwork, effective communication, and coordination.
- Maintain customer focus: Prioritize customer needs in all interactions and activities.
- Sales forecasting and database management: Develop precise plans for assigned customers and keep the Salesforce database up to date.
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Fluent English is essential for this position.
- Experience and Background: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales or a similar role, ideally with a background in technical sales.
- Education: Vocational training in business administration or a degree in business administration or management/economics with previous working experience.
- Industry Knowledge: Good understanding of the telecommunications sector, especially IoT solutions/connectivity, and various IoT verticals.
- Salesforce Experience: Experience in working with Salesforce is considered a plus.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
