We are seeking a talented Key Account Business Development Manager to join our Sales team in Monterrey, México.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and driven to achieve impactful results. As a Key Account Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key retail clients, ensuring that our products maintain strong visibility, placement, and availability in-store.

Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Foster strong relationships with clients to maximize product visibility and sales opportunities.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to achieve or exceed sales budgets, forecasted sales, and analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and track promotions and other key initiatives to drive sales. Propose new products and tailored strategies to meet client needs.
  • Customer Support: Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues promptly, maintaining a high level of customer engagement and long-term relationships.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data, market trends, and customer feedback to generate reports assessing performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  • In-store Execution: Work with the Sales Operations Team to optimize product display across all categories, shelf placement, and stock levels, ensuring alignment with company and client standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a commercial or administrative field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or similar roles in the FMCG industry, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth.
  • English intermediate language proficiency.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
