Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound communications with various service providers in the United States to facilitate payment processing on behalf of clients.
- Engage in fluent conversations in English, addressing inquiries, and accurately documenting the outcomes of each interaction.
- Handle outbound communications related to collections and payment procedures.
- Monitor incidents from the moment they are reported until successful resolution, ensuring proper documentation of ticket status and follow-up actions.
- Record all cases, inquiries, and communications in the designated tracking system.
