About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Director to join our team at Thomson Reuters. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead our Sales Operations activities and support our sales teams in delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring consistent communication and general support regarding proposal concepts, special offer negotiation, contract issues, pricing issues, and general sales/account management related matters. They will also coordinate a team that executes activities to support the Sales Team in contracts/addendum discussions/negotiations with the Legal area.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need previous experience leading Sales Operations/Commercial Excellence structure and teams on multinational companies. You should also have experience working in the Technology Industry, preferably with SAP and SFDC implementation. Additionally, you will need to analyze qualitative and quantitative data (Sales Data) and have the ability to push Sales Forecast to support business goals.
What We Offer
In return for your skills and experience, we offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on location, plus benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
