Team Overview:

As a member of the Sales Operations team for DiDi Food in LATAM, you will have the unique opportunity to drive growth in one of the fastest-growing companies in the region. You will work in a tight-knit team where your contributions will impact the launch, development, and growth of the DiDi Food business in LATAM.

Role Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for managing monthly portfolio distribution processes, identifying optimization and automation opportunities. Your tasks include generating insights from portfolio and organizational database information, designing sales ops reports and dashboards, and ensuring timely and accurate data delivery to senior management, sales teams, and strategy teams.

Additionally, you will evaluate and enhance sales processes using data analysis, oversee the CRM system, and work closely with sales, strategy, and operations teams to ensure alignment on goals, processes, and data usage across the organization.

Role Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have 6+ years of demonstrated success in high-performance environments with operation and strategy focus. You should also possess advanced knowledge and handling of data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, and Power BI.

A bachelor or master's degree in a quantitative field like engineering, economics, or computer science is required. Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, excellent presentation skills, a hands-on mentality, and self-starter attitude are essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also necessary.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits that include health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
