Customer Service Representative III

We're Watts, a leading brand in water solutions, and we're seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative III to join our team in Latin America.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer sales orders, returns, and credits in a high-volume call center environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and complaints in a professional manner.
- Process requests for returns and credits, and investigate order holds related to credit problems, pricing discrepancies, and shipping issues.
- Develop and maintain sound professional relationships with internal and external customers.
- Collaborate with the Technical Support department to resolve customer-reported issues.
- 5+ years of experience in a high-call-volume customer service department.
- Experience handling support requests from various channels and assessing severity to escalate accordingly.
- Previous exposure to the Plumbing & Heating industry and experience with ERP systems.
- English bilingual proficiency.
