Job Title: Service Desk Agent Portuguese

We are seeking an exceptional individual to work as a Service Desk Agent supporting one of our clients.

About the Role:

  • Handle inbound calls in a timely manner, ensuring that all questions and confirmations are handled appropriately.
  • Follow communication scripts and use knowledge of the company's products and services to go off-script when necessary.
  • Identify customer needs, research issues, resolve complaints, and provide solutions, meeting daily qualitative and quantitative targets for yourself and achieving all objectives for service, productivity, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide top-notch customer support via phone, maintaining ownership of calls throughout the lifecycle of a caller's request.
  2. Memorize scripts for products and services, and refer to them during calls to ensure accurate information is provided.
  3. Create and maintain records of daily contacts within the ticketing system.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a call center or customer-support role (desirable).
  • Strong active-listening and verbal-communication skills, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to learn fast IT support and adapt to new situations.
  • Advanced Portuguese language proficiency.
