About the Role:

In this exciting opportunity as a Customer Success Associate, you will play a key role in driving the growth and retention of our valued clients. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring timely delivery of contractual obligations, and identifying opportunities for cross-sell and upsell.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account plans to drive retention and renewal of assigned accounts.
  • Provide expert support to resolve customer issues and improve overall satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Lead projects and initiatives aimed at improving customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer success.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer success management, sales, or account management.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and establish trust with customers.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish.
