Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage a team of employees to ensure exceptional guest service and high-quality food and beverage offerings.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and financial performance.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus and promotions that meet the needs of our discerning guests.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards, as well as local, state, and federal liquor laws.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 4 years of experience in the food and beverage industry preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Proven track record of success in managing food and beverage operations, with a focus on guest satisfaction and employee engagement.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards, as well as local, state, and federal liquor laws.
