About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in Mexico. This key position involves building and maintaining strong relationships with top-tier corporate customers, driving revenue growth, and developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pursue and close high-value deals with existing and potential customers within assigned territories.
  • Work closely with Inside Sales Organization and Systems Engineers to inform customers about Imperva's capabilities and drive opportunities at the strategic and tactical level.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with client decision-makers, creating tailored sales strategies based on customer requirements.
  • Stay informed about new products, services, and general customer information through successful completion of Imperva Sales Training and self-study.
  • Regularly brief Imperva management on customer status, prospects, and needs.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Dynmic sales professional with 7-10 years of direct sales experience, including high-level executive selling of long-cycle products.
  • Prior experience as an SE is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and proven ability to drive success and close business in a demanding environment.
  • Past experience working with various Channels and Partners - VARs, Distribution, and Technology Partnerships.
  • Experience selling enterprise-level solutions in the security and compliance markets and selling into IT Operations, CISO, C-Level.
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed quarterly quota.
  • Strong computer, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent English skills, both written and verbal, REQUIRED.

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
