Customer Support Specialist with Technical Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Thomson Reuters. This role offers the opportunity to provide exceptional support to customers, leveraging technical expertise to resolve complex issues and deliver a world-class experience.
About the JobIn this challenging yet rewarding position, you will:
- Respond to customer inquiries related to software, online, or electronic products, utilizing your problem-solving skills to provide effective solutions.
- Filter and escalate inquiries as necessary, ensuring timely resolution and proactive communication with customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues, applying your knowledge of online chat tools and ticket tracking systems.
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Fluent English language proficiency, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- +2 years of previous experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to work effectively in a team, manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously, and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
