- Exceptional English skills (C1 level or higher) for both spoken and written communication.
- Previous experience in customer service, with a focus on analytical and research skills.
- A positive and responsible attitude, with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- A reliable laptop or computer with 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection (50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload).
