About the Role

As a Customer Support Consultant at SupportYourApp, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and provide top-notch support to clients from around the globe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Meet team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by delivering high-quality support.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements to provide expert guidance to customers.
  • Safeguard customer data by adhering to strict security protocols.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of client products and services to offer personalized support.
  • Collaborate with developers and other departments to ensure seamless support delivery.
Requirements
  • Exceptional English skills (C1 level or higher) for both spoken and written communication.
  • Previous experience in customer service, with a focus on analytical and research skills.
  • A positive and responsible attitude, with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • A reliable laptop or computer with 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection (50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload).
