Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Sales Leader to join our Obesity Sales Team at Novo Nordisk. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and developing strategies to achieve sales objectives in the Obesity market.

About the Role:

As a Key Account Sales Leader, you will have a strong understanding of the Obesity market and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Medical Affairs, Marketing, and other Sales Districts, to ensure alignment and drive results.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales objectives and develop their skills and knowledge
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth in the Obesity market
  • Provide best-in-class customer experience by having a deep understanding of customer needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and drive results
  • Implement best practices to address market and sales challenges

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of the Obesity market, including current trends, challenges, and opportunities
  • Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies, with a focus on driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Intermediate-advanced English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
