We're seeking a highly motivated and driven Strategic Growth Officer to join our team at Flix SE. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping our business strategy, driving growth, and contributing to our success.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing partners, and driving sales growth.
  • You will take ownership of the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, and will be accountable for meeting sales targets and revenue goals.
  • You will work closely with our internal stakeholders and management to develop and implement sales strategies, forecasts, and reports.
  • You will be a trusted advisor to our external partners, providing guidance and support to resolve issues and maintain trust.
  • You will be responsible for the profitability of assigned partners and will work to optimize business relationships and grow revenue.
  • You will coordinate projects across different departments, ensuring seamless interactions and timely delivery of results.
  • You will leverage your analytical skills to analyze complex data sets, identify opportunities for growth, and optimize business relationships.
  • You will support the development of special projects for both local and international teams, including the definition of new routes and pricing strategies.
  • You will develop and implement a route network based on quantitative analysis, including competitor analysis and benchmarking.

Your Ideal Profile

  • You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in sales, business development, preferably in a multinational environment, with a proven track record of successful projects and high performance.
  • You possess excellent analytical skills, with a high level of proficiency in Excel.
  • You have strong social, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a professional proficiency in PowerPoint.
  • You have a solid understanding of economics, including the ability to read and understand a balance sheet.
  • You are a problem-solver with a proactive attitude.
  • You are self-reliant, reliable, and conscientious, with an independent and responsible working style.
  • You have at least full working proficiency in English.
