The Role: Technical Support Associate - Payment Solutions Specialist

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our technical support team and contribute to providing exceptional customer experiences. As a Technical Support Associate - Payment Solutions Specialist, you will play a key part in ensuring seamless interactions between our customers and our innovative payment solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective technical assistance to customers through various communication channels.
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues using established procedures and documentation.
  • Enter call activity into our online Technical Support database and contribute to maintaining accurate and up-to-date knowledge base materials.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external customers regarding technical and service-related matters.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient issue resolution and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain positive customer relationships and adapt to changing customer needs and expectations.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work under moderate supervision and prioritize tasks effectively.
