As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction and delivering exceptional service through coaching, mentoring, and supervision of the Client Success team. You will be responsible for:

  • Coaching and mentoring CSMs to achieve increased portfolio health, improved retention, and less At Risk
  • Mentoring and coaching CSMs to develop their skills and knowledge in portfolio management, customer success, and sales
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve client engagement, retention, and growth
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address client needs and resolve issues promptly

Requirements:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional who possesses:

  • A strong background in business development, client success, or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful business strategies and plans
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, marketing, or communications

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
