We are seeking a highly motivated Electrical Sales Specialist to join our team in Ciudad de Mexico. As a key member of our global sales organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our market share.

**About the Role:**

In this exciting position, you will be responsible for implementing product marketing strategies aligned with our global product strategy. You will work closely with our sales teams to develop and execute sales plans, identify new business opportunities, and analyze market trends.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and execute local go-to-market product marketing strategies to drive sales and services revenue* Provide sales teams with relevant materials, tools, and support to achieve their targets* Define and manage forecasts, business plans, and marketing initiatives focused on business development for DIN Rail Product & Enclosures* Analyze customer research, market conditions, and competitor studies to inform business decisions* Deliver product knowledge training and coaching to sales teams to optimize sales efficiency

**Requirements:**

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electromechanical, Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineering or related field* At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the electrical industry* Strong sales skills and experience with medium voltage products* Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and Salesforce is an advantage* Experience working with UPS manufacturers and strong understanding of electrical products* Advanced level of English language proficiency* Availability to travel up to 70% of the time

**Compensation and Benefits:**

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
