**Compensation and Benefits**:
Our compensation package includes:
- Base salary: $1,000.00
- Food vouchers (Vales de despensa)
- 12 Vacation days per year (become available after 6 months)
- 15 vacation days on December (obligatory)
- Christmas Bonus: 30 days salary (Aguinaldo)
- Attractive Bonuses (usd)
- Flexible schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. with short breaks

**About the Role**:
As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a sales team to achieve and exceed established objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop effective strategies for lead generation and appointment scheduling
- Analyze data and metrics to evaluate team performance and make continuous improvements
- Provide training and professional development to team members
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and achievement of organizational objectives
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in leading sales teams
- Successful track record in meeting call and appointment setting targets
- Strong understanding of financial markets and related products
- Excellent communication and motivational skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Advanced level of English and Spanish
