As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our organization, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and driving business growth through effective HR practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for all HR-related matters, providing guidance and support to employees and management.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from requisition to job offer, ensuring timely and cost-effective hiring.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company and labor laws.
- Provide HR advisory services to employees, including absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievance matters, and organizational change.
- Process payroll-related concerns, including timekeeping, employee files, bonus/incentive pay, tracking vacation/sick pay, and government-mandated benefits.
- Investigate and mediate employee grievances, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Secure, monitor, maintain, and tabulate periodic employee performance reviews, including monthly scorecards.
- Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including data entry into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with company events and manage the organization's employee database, preparing reports as needed.
- Support employee offboarding, including clearances, exit interviews, and last pay.
Requirements
- Ability to commute or relocate to Mexico City.
