Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesperson to join our team at KONE. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for building new relationships and selling maintenance contracts and related digital services outside our current customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively develop and create customer relationships in your area of responsibility
- Develop KONE's position in your customer base or market area
- Create and communicate leads and sales opportunities for the entire KONE sales team
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complaints with the rest of the KONE team
- Sell and generate opportunities from outside our current customer base
- Create leads, opportunities, orders, and contracts to meet sales budget and pricing targets
- Find customer needs and ensure KONE's solution matches those needs
- Responsible for pricing using approved tendering tools and optimizing prices and discounts within your authority
- Validate that contract contents are in line with negotiation process outcomes
- Maintain full information of opportunities, tasks, and visits (sales funnel management)
- Responsible for timely and accurate reporting in CRM
- Gather relevant information about market and competitors from the field
- Support the finance function in money collection
- Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of relevant technical sales experience
- Availability to travel
- Experience working with CRM
