Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team at Rockwell Automation. As an OEM Sales Professional, you will be responsible for expanding existing business and creating new business opportunities for our products, services, and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts, including End Users and System Integrators, Contractors, EPC, and distributors
  • Coordinate Rockwell Automation resources and distributors to provide solutions, products, and services to customers
  • Execute the Rockwell Automation sales process to generate a healthy funnel and obtain orders
  • Collaborate with all sales teams to increase market penetration, ensure sales coverage, and provide appropriate order fulfillment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in an engineering/technical related field or equivalent
  • Additional education in business administration or marketing is preferred
  • IOT / IIOT / Annual Recurring Revenue/software/subscription model type of experience, including collaboration with a customer success function
  • English language skills (verbal and written)
  • Experience in a technical/sales job focused on the Automotive, F&B, or HPC industry >5 yrs
