Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture accounting and tax information in our company's accounting system, including all necessary documentation and records.
  • Manage payroll and benefits for up to 5 employees, including processing payments and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage all ASPEL paperwork and ensure that all necessary documents are completed and submitted in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
