Finance Administrator Assistant

The Finance Administrator Assistant at Solutions 2 Go is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial and accounting information. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the company's financial health and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Manage and audit all accounts payable, ensuring that all invoices are correctly booked in the company's accounting software.
2. Prepare weekly payment packages and maintain accurate records of local expenses.
3. Monitor paid-in-advance payments to suppliers and verify their legitimacy.
4. Reconcile bank accounts and low-risk ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
5. Support the Accounts Receivable team and assist with global audit requirements.
6. Provide necessary information to headquarters for preparing monthly, bi-monthly, and annual taxes and year-end closing.
**Requirements:**
1. At least 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting.
2. Bilingual (English/Spanish) with excellent communication skills.
3. Accounting studies, with a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification being an asset.
4. Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize deadlines.
5. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and ability to learn new software quickly.
