As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for various HR initiatives and day-to-day employee and leadership support for our wholly owned subsidiary, LoJack Mexicana with Corporate headquarters in the USA. Your areas of support will include but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities

  • Performance development and succession planning
  • Recruiting

In addition to these responsibilities, you will partner with the SVP, Human Resource to analyze organizational capabilities, drive organizational design and structure improvements to support delivery of the current and future business strategy. You will challenge the status quo and champion new initiatives, acting as a catalyst of change and stimulating others to change, in such way that the organization continuously develops towards better performance.

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years experience in Human Resources, including 2 years as a HR Manager. You must have in-depth knowledge of the employment legislation in Mexico, experience recruiting or leading recruiters, and ability to communicate effectively at all levels of organization. You should also be able to build trust and maintain confidentiality, have knowledge of HRIS tools, and proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
