**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team at Dassault Systèmes. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will play a crucial role in driving pipeline growth and revenue by transforming identified contacts into qualified leads.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Telemarketing and lead qualification
  • Support ongoing marketing campaigns through data gathering and verification
  • Drive registration for events and fulfill campaign deliverables
  • Act as the first point of contact for identified contacts from marketing activities
  • Dispatch open leads for validation and qualification by inside sales and digital sales teams
  • Manage lead qualification and ensure stakeholders are successfully managing leads according to agreed upon service level agreements

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Business development or telemarketing experience (0-2 years)
  • DS company and customer knowledge preferred
  • Customer focus, peer cooperation, and team player skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
