The Role:
As Senior Product Manager for our Latin America business unit, you will own, define, execute, and deliver a product roadmap for this unit, shaping our investments in modernizing our infrastructure, driving innovation, and developing new products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a strategic plan to drive Latin America growth and establish a multi-year product roadmap to deliver on that growth.
- Analyze complex business and operational requirements, breaking them down into epics and user stories for engineering teams.
- Prioritize and manage product backlogs with your dedicated and dependent engineering teams.
- Evaluate data collection processes and ensure analytics tools are properly instrumented for all products in your portfolio to drive deep understanding, innovation, and effective product plans.
- Critically assess the status quo and have a deep understanding of the problem first before recommending solutions.
- Collaborate with product and engineering leaders across business units to drive synergies across common client use cases and requirements.
- Work with internal project stakeholders from marketing, sales, operations, community, and executive management to translate customer needs into meaningful products.
- Build business cases in support of new ideas and secure cross-functional support for your proposals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years in product management with a domain knowledge of financial and payment services.
- Demonstrated experience in financial services product development.
- Familiarity with card processing technologies and association certification processes.
- Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade-offs, and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with internal and external partners.
- Experience managing complex product development cycles and highly technical solutions.
- Leadership experience in directing cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects on deadlines.
- Proven track record of presenting to C-level leadership (internal and external).
Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated base pay range for this role is $142,750 per year. This figure is based on industry standards and may vary depending on individual factors such as the candidate's experience, skills, and location. This position may also be eligible for a bonus and/or long-term incentives. Our comprehensive benefits package includes supplemental medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, generous vacation and holidays, paid parental leave, and a fully stocked kitchen.
