About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Key Account Manager to join our team in Latin America. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing our retail programs with existing and new customers, driving business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow retail programs with existing and new customers in Latin America
- Develop and implement strategies to increase performance of existing customers
- Negotiate trading terms and conditions with customers
- Identify key issues and opportunities and develop action plans
- Presentation of merchandising, advertising and distribution proposals to clients
- Business reviews and agreement on business development plans with relevant buyers
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the consumer products industry
- Experience working as a sales representative for Walmart Mexico required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline
- Experience working with retailers and related systems, including EDI experience
- Experience developing JBP's (Joint Business Planning) and/or SAP's (Strategic Account Planning) processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Benefits
