About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Key Account Manager to join our team in Latin America. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing our retail programs with existing and new customers, driving business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow retail programs with existing and new customers in Latin America
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase performance of existing customers
  • Negotiate trading terms and conditions with customers
  • Identify key issues and opportunities and develop action plans
  • Presentation of merchandising, advertising and distribution proposals to clients
  • Business reviews and agreement on business development plans with relevant buyers

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the consumer products industry
  • Experience working as a sales representative for Walmart Mexico required
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline
  • Experience working with retailers and related systems, including EDI experience
  • Experience developing JBP's (Joint Business Planning) and/or SAP's (Strategic Account Planning) processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
