About the Role:

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead and expand partnerships across Mexico. You'll identify, negotiate, and manage collaborations with major e-commerce platforms, financial institutions, and technology partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand strategic partnerships with local platforms (e-commerce, telcos, digital wallets, financial marketplaces).
  • Identify and onboard new traffic and acquisition channels.
  • Maintain and grow long-term partner relationships.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and operations teams.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years in Business Development, ideally in fintech, lending, or consumer finance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of the Mexican digital ecosystem.
  • Experience with affiliate or traffic platforms.
  • Fluent in English (advanced - required)
