Estamos en búsqueda de un Business Development Manager (BDM) para liderar la generación de demanda en LATAM. Este rol está diseñado para un perfil enérgico, altamente operativo y con experiencia comprobada en la gestión de equipos de BDRs en entornos SaaS o de ventas consultivas complejas.

Ubicación: CDMX – 100% presencial

Responsabilidades

Prospectar y calificar oportunidades (BANT), entregando SQLs de alta calidad.

Liderar y gestionar al equipo de BDRs: rutinas diarias, performance, cadencia y resolución de bloqueos.

Realizar coaching en tiempo real: escucha de llamadas, revisión de mensajes y optimización de guiones.

Reportar KPIs clave y asegurar cumplimiento de objetivos de generación de demanda.

Colaborar con el equipo de RADs para garantizar calidad en los leads y ajustar la estrategia comercial.

Perfil Ideal

2+ años liderando equipos de 3–5 BDRs en SaaS o ventas complejas.

Alta disciplina operativa y capacidad de mantener el ritmo del equipo.

Mentalidad lead from the front: dirige y ejecuta junto con el equipo.

Dominio de metodología BANT y fuerte orientación a resultados.

Capacidad de motivar, detectar bloqueos y dar feedback efectivo.

Autonomía total: resuelve problemas sin necesidad de instrucciones constantes.
