Medical Retention Specialist - Confie Tijuana

Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates by recruiting licensed and unlicensed health insurance agents nationwide
  • Screen applicants to ensure alignment with company values and licensing requirements
  • Manage onboarding for smooth integration into SHLA
  • Support growth by preparing agents for sales success and compliance

Requirements:

  • Minimum recruitment experience of 6 months
  • Provide a well-structured and professional resume in English, highlighting relevant experience, skills, and achievements.
  • Proven experience in customer service, highly regarded if acquired in a call center setting,
  • Strong English skills (B2 level or higher),
  • Basic computer knowledge, and
  • Full-time availability.

You must be available to work any day of the week (youll have scheduled days off, of course).

You also need to have valid Mexican documents to be eligible for employment.
