Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
As a Sales Operations Intern, you will gain practical experience supporting sales teams and customers throughout the commercial process. This role is designed for students interested in learning how sales operations, analytics, and customer support come together to drive business success.
You will collaborate with Sales Operations Specialists and Account Managers, supporting quoting activities, sample coordination, sales and forecast analytics, and the continuous update of internal systems and dashboards.
- Quoting Support: Learn to support the preparation and follow up of sales quotations using standard tools and templates
- Sample Coordination: Learn to support the coordination of product samples by preparing standard documentation and tracking sample requests
- Sales Analytics: Learn to support the analysis of sales data and performance metrics for sales reporting
- Forecast Support: Learn to assist in the preparation and update of sales forecasts using available data and reports
- Dashboard Maintenance: Learn to update and maintain internal dashboards and databases to ensure data accuracy
- Sales Operations Support: Learn to support Sales Operations Specialists in daily operational and administrative activities
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Education: Actively pursuing the final semesters of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business or Relations, Industrial Engineering, Marketing or related field
- MS Office Skills: Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word, with willingness to further develop data and reporting skills
- Quality Collaboration: Service oriented attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills, able to follow detailed instructions and work collaboratively with the team
- Tech Adaptability: Openness to learn and use new digital tools and systems, with exposure to Power BI or Tableau considered a plus
- Languages: English fluent proficiency required for daily communication
