- Lugar de trabajo: oficina de Querétaro (Pie de la cuesta, Jardines de la hacienda o Campo militar)
- Modalidad: presencial
Sobre la vacante:
- Mínimo 70% de inglés hablado
- Disponibilidad de rotación de turnos (mañanas, tarde y noche)
- Jornadas de 9 horas (8 de trabajo + 1 de comida)
- Proveer soporte y servicio de primer nivel a soluciones del cliente (se proporciona entrenamiento)
- Documentación y reporteo de soluciones provistas
- Soporte y soluciones de problemas
