Sales Development Representative (SDR) - AI & Automation Focus

Job Summary:

We're seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving our lead generation efforts through strategic outreach, leveraging cutting-edge tools and AI-driven techniques. If you have a passion for sales, a knack for technology, and a proven track record of exceeding targets, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Prospecting:
     Identify and qualify potential leads through targeted research and personalized outreach across multiple channels (email, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Outbound Campaign Management:
     Develop, execute, and optimize outbound campaigns using a variety of automation tools such as Apollo, Clay, Instantly, mailbison, maildoso, lemlist, smartlead, Linkedin Sales Navigator or others.
  • AI-Driven Lead Generation:
     Utilize AI-powered tools and techniques to prospect, research, and identify high-potential leads.
  • Meeting Scheduling:
     Create and automate outbound processes to effectively schedule meetings with qualified prospects.
  • CRM Management:
     Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system Hubspot / Salesforce and track key performance indicators.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
     Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to improve outreach strategies and lead conversion rates.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
     Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align strategies and optimize the sales process.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a related role.
  • Proven experience with outbound automation tools such as Hubspot, Salesforce,
    Apollo, Clay, Instantly, mailbison, maildoso, lemlist, smartlead, Linkedin Sales Navigator or other mail and linkedin automation tools.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven prospecting and lead generation techniques.
  • Experience crafting personalized and effective outbound messaging.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software Hubspot/salesforce.
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in Ecommerce, Marketing or a related field.
  • Fluency in English & Spanish required
  • GTM experience: market study, Customer Profile (ICP), Customer journey, etc.
