**Vacante para la empresa TIE en Querétaro, Querétaro**:
Buscamos Business Development Manager (BDM) con experiência en la venta de servicios de transporte marítimo y aéreo para Freight Forwarder Global en Querétaro.
️ Objetivo del puesto:
Prospectar, promover y vender los servicios de la compañía a través de la generación y desarrollo de nuevos clientes, así como de los ya existentes en cartera con la finalidad de asegurar el cumplimiento del presupuesto asignado.
️ Requisitos:
️ Licenciatura en Comercio Internacional, Negocios Internacionales o afín.
️ Experiência mínima de 3 años en venta de transporte marítimo y aéreo en Freight Forwarder.
️ Cartera activa para tráficos marítimos y aéreos, principalmente. Deseable industria automotriz.
️ Conocimiento en INCOTERMS.
️ Inglés avanzado C1 (oral y escrito).
️ Automóvil propio.
️ **Responsabilidades**:
️ Prospectar nuevos clientes identificando oportunidades de negocio a través de la coordinación de reuniones y visitas de negocios.
️ Obtener nuevos negocios y clientes globales, dentro de los principales mercados asignados por la estrategia de ventas.
️ Dar seguimiento comercial a prospectos y clientes para el desarrollo y mantenimiento de la cartera.
️ Generar mensualmente el Gross Profit establecido.
️ Registrar la información comercial correspondiente en el CRM.
️ Realizar reportes semanalmente de ventas.
️ Realizar campañas comerciales específicas que atiendan la necesidad del negocio.
️ Negociación de tarifas con los clientes.
️ Zona: Querétaro. Esquema híbrido, 3 días oficina, 2 días home office.
️ Horario: lunes a viernes de 9:00 a 6:00 p.m.
️ Sueldo: $60,000 a $70,000 bruto mensual + Comisión del 10% sobre profit mensual +
Prestaciones de ley + SGMM, Seguro de vida, aguinaldo 30 días, car allowance, gasolina.
