We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Commercial and Business Development Manager** to lead the growth strategy of our cable and fiber optic business.

This role is responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth, and enhancing our commercial footprint across key markets.
- Track record in commercial strategy, sales leadership, and business expansion. Develop and implement short and long-term commercial strategies to grow market share and revenue.
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities including partnerships, joint ventures, and new market segments.
- Drive the sales pipeline from lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closure.
- Expand the customer base for fiber-to-the-home (FTTH), enterprise broadband, and wholesale services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry stakeholders, and strategic partners.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, aligning solutions with their technical and business needs.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to design service offerings that align with market demand.
- Support go-to-market efforts for new products or market entries.
- Prepare commercial proposals, pricing models, and contract terms in line with company policies.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and report regularly to senior leadership.

Experiência y requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in commercial or business development roles within the telecom, broadband, or infrastructure sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of fiber optic networks, cable systems, and related technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to close high-value deals and grow business in competitive markets.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
