Family-owned manufacturing conglomerate specialized on Returnable Packaging, OEM Components and Automotive Accessories is looking for its next Business Development Manager

**Your new role**
***
As the new BDM you will be responsible for:

- Building market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing new business relationships.
- Establish a strategy to identify and develop profitable new market opportunities
- Works closely with Design Engineering and Operations to ensure customer requirements are met or exceeded
- Quotes prices and credit terms and prepares sales contracts for orders obtained.
- Attend conferences, trade shows and industry events to present our products and generate opportunities and leads.

**What you'll need to succeed***
- **Requires a bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university in Engineering or a related field with at least two years of existing sales experience selling to OEMs and tier accounts; or a two-year degree with three to five years of related experience.**:

- **Fluent English is a must**:

- **Hunter profile**:

- **Travel requirements 75%
