Estamos buscando un Key Account Manager (Hunter) apasionado por su trabajo y con una mentalidad de mejora continua, para unirse a nuestro equipo de Sales.

¿Cuáles serán tus principales desafíos?
Identificar y generar oportunidades de negocio en el sector de paquetería, distribución, última milla y tecnología, buscando activamente nuevos clientes potenciales.
Prospectar y contactar activamente a clientes potenciales, asegurando la cualificación adecuada de los leads.
Gestionar el ciclo de ventas, desde la prospección hasta el cierre, asegurando un enfoque hunter en la captación de nuevas cuentas estratégicas.
Registrar y gestionar toda la información de clientes en el CRM, asegurando una transición fluida y la colaboración con el equipo de farming para maximizar el valor de las nuevas cuentas.
Colaborar con el equipo de ventas para desarrollar estrategias y tácticas que cumplan con los objetivos de crecimiento.
Mantenerse al día con las tendencias del mercado y los competidores, ajustando tácticas y estrategias para maximizar las oportunidades comerciales.
Asistir a eventos de networking y ferias comerciales para generar nuevos leads y establecer relaciones clave con clientes potenciales.
Proporcionar informes periódicos sobre actividades de ventas, resultados y progreso hacia el cumplimiento de los objetivos.
¿Qué esperamos de ti?
+ 3 años de experiencia en procesos de prospección y cierre de nuevos negocios, preferiblemente en logística, distribución, paqueteo o última milla.
Título Universitario Completo en carreras afines a Ingeniería Industrial, Lic. en Administración, Lic. Comercialización, Lic. en Marketing o profesiones afines.
Manejo avanzado de CRM (Hubspot es un plus).
⚒️ Conocimiento en LinkedIn, Sales Navigator y herramientas de prospección o automatización de ventas (es un plus).
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita, con capacidad para establecer relaciones comerciales sólidas con prospectos y clientes clave.
Fuerte orientación a resultados y conocimiento en técnicas avanzadas de hunting y cierre de ventas.
Sólidas habilidades de organización y gestión del tiempo.
Capacidad de investigación, mentalidad de crecimiento y aprendizaje continuo.
Nivel intermedio/ avanzado de Excel.
️ Nivel intermedio de Inglés (es un plus).
