Misión.

Con la dirección del Gerente de Línea de negocio, el Ingeniero de ventas Junior ejercerá control sobre todas las actividades relacionadas con el cliente y problemas dentro de la zona de ventas asignada. El Ingeniero de ventas Junior trabajará con el Gerente de Línea de negocio y el Ingeniero de producto para cumplir su objetivo de ventas y Marketing

Responsabilidades.

Prospectar nuevas cuentas y clientes activos para incrementar los ingresos.Diseñar e ingeniar soluciones de aire comprimido.Desarrollar relaciones que generen negocios con cuentas clave en el territorio asignado.Seguimiento a llamadas de clientes y proporcionar información requerida.Administración efectiva de citas, registro y seguimiento semanal en base de datos local AII.Realizar Auditorías a Sistemas de aire comprimido y subir resultados a la base de datos Reportes AII.Incrementar relación con el cliente mediante la solución efectiva de problemas de su sistema actual de aire comprimido.Incrementar su conocimiento del panorama competitivo en el mercado de aire comprimido y reportar actividades de la competencia.Actualizarse con la evolución de todos los productos de la línea de negocio vía bases de datos de fábrica, teletraining, Global Business Portal y base de datos local AII.Llevar a cabo presentaciones de producto efectivas, a prospectos y clientes.Elaborar y reportar cotizaciones, darles el seguimiento efectivo hasta la obtención del pedido.Revisar el pedido del cliente vs la cotización y enviar al área de atención a clientes.Realizar seguimiento a la entrega del equipo al cliente con base en sus requisitos.Conocer los riesgos inherentes a sus actividades y su cumplir con las medidas de control del área para prevenir enfermedades y accidentes.Conocer los aspectos ambientales significativos y los impactos asociados con su trabajo, llevar a cabo las acciones requeridas para alcanzar los objetivos y metas ambientales.Cumplir con el Sistema de Gestión Integral aplicable a la Calidad, Medio Ambiente y Seguridad.

Formación Académica


Pasante o titulado en Ingeniería mecánica, electrica, mecatrónica o afín

Experiencia

1 a 3 años en Ventas Técnicas de bienes de capital a la industriaDeseable en Manejo de proyectos, Ventas, Marketing

Conocimientos

Conocimientos en neumática, electricidad, electronica y control.Conocimientos en aplicaciones de aire comprimido (deseable).Office (power point, excel, word).ERP (C4C, Sales Force - deseable).
