Position Summary

The primary responsibilities of this role will be to support the Latin America business handling data, coordinating processes, and effectively communicating with different teams within the organization providing and adhering to deadlines, creating project plans, working with stakeholders to complete assignments on time. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, the ability to work in a team, and a focus on detail and accuracy.

Principal Responsibilities

• Work with Sales Team to get and consolidate tracings data from distributors.
• Maintain database for tracings and publish monthly tracker.
• Deliver trainings on tracings process as needed.
• Maintain compliance trainings and Due Diligence processes for distributors up to date.
• Ensure training and support to distributors through constant communication.
• Develop ad-hoc sales and products reporting for internal and external teams as needed.

Education / Experience Requirements

• Bachelor degree in: Business Administration/ Economics/ Actuarial Sciences.
• Basic knowledge of customer management tools and CRM systems.
• +2 Year Experience
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus
• Language Skills: English (Portuguese is a plus)

Specialized Skills / Other Requirements

• Analytical skills – SAP, MS Excel, MS Office, Salesforce.com. A plus if familiar with Power BI.
• Demonstrated ability to perform data extraction and manipulation, analyze data, and generate reports.
• Independent thinker that can take initiative to solve a problem without significant direction.
• Big picture orientation with attention to detail will be critical for success in this role.
• Travel: 10%
