  • Payroll Processing: Manage and execute the complete payroll process for all Mexico-based employees, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
  • Benefits Administration: Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company-sponsored perks.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to local labor laws, tax regulations, and internal company policies. Stay informed about legislative changes related to payroll and benefits.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit payroll and benefits reports, including tax filings, social security contributions, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Audits: Conduct regular audits of payroll and benefits data to ensure accuracy and compliance. Resolve any discrepancies promptly.
  • Employee Support: Offer guidance and support to employees on payroll and benefits inquiries or issues.
  • System Management: Manage and update payroll and benefits systems. Work with IT and HR teams to enhance system capabilities.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with external payroll and benefits providers to ensure service level agreements are consistently met.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement best practices to improve payroll and benefits processes.

Perfil del candidato

A successful Compensation Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in payroll and benefits management.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience operating in Revolution/Tress payroll system.
  • In-depth knowledge of Mexico payroll regulations, tax laws, labor laws, and employee benefits programs.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English.
