Propósito del puesto

El Asesor Divisional debe apoyar al Divisional en la gestión y seguimiento del equipo de Subdirectores de la Red de Sucursales. El titular de la función debe ayudar a construir el canal de comunicación que informa y da seguimiento a los proyectos de la Dirección Divisional, así como apoyar al seguimiento puntual de los medidores y alcances de la zona.

Principales responsabilidades:

El Asesor Divisional debe facilitar la logística de capacitación en la zona. Brinda apoyo al líder de proyecto a gestionar el seguimiento diario de los mínimos estándares. Genera información para el análisis cuantitativo y cualitativo de la zona para el seguimiento del mismo. Apoya a la gestión del debido aprovechamiento de una agenda diaria para las sucursales y promueve con los Subdirectores las mejores estrategias de liderazgo. Apoya a la evaluación de planes de acción dirigidos y específicos, que garanticen la mejora en la productividad y uso eficiente de herramientas con base a los estándares globales fijados por HSBC. Genera información para el análisis de los resultados, para detectar las áreas de oportunidad de Ejecutivo y Sucursales con la métrica de cada herramienta o algunos otros generados por el área. Apoya a generar sinergia con los diversos segmentos y socios de Negocio, con la finalidad de mantener una relación directa y estructurada para el logro de objetivos; manteniendo la más alta cultura de servicio al cliente interno y externo Requirements Licenciatura en el área Económico-Administrativa o Financiera (trunca o concluida) o Bachillerato concluido. Experiencia en servicio y/o atención al cliente, mínimo 6 meses. Conocimiento idioma inglés. Paquetería Office Avanzado Orientación al cliente. Facilidad de palabra. Trabajo en equipo. Enfoque a resultados / Solución de problemas. Adaptación al cambio.  Análisis y síntesis
