"Aviva Sales School"
- Crear un programa de onboarding virtual y una escuela de ventas que consta de contenido interactivo y clases en vivo.
- Construir un proceso para "check-ins" regulares para verificar que el equipo esté al día en métodos y procesos.
El proceso de crear esas aplicaciones incluye:
- Gestionar los procesos manualmente inicialmente para entender la dinámica diaria.
- Construir parte de los procesos con funciones de automatización “no-code” de herramientas como Hubspot, Slack y G-Suite (y conectarlos con otras integraciones “no-code”)
- Definir requisitos detallados y co-liderar la ejecución de aplicaciones custom con nuestros equipos de ingeniería de software
Requirements
- Más de 5 años de experiencia en Sales Operations o liderando equipos de ventas de alto rendimiento.
- Cómodo trabajando en entornos de ritmo rápido y con metas ambiciosas.
- Familiaridad con CRMs de última generación y herramientas de automatización sin codigo.
- Altamente estructurado, capaz de diseñar procesos y facilitar la escalabilidad.
- Mentalidad centrada en el cliente y nuestro impacto en su vida.
- Habilidad para colaborar con departamentos técnicos para el desarrollo de productos.
