About the Position
La nuova risorsa si assicurerà di conseguire gli obiettivi di vendita in attuazione della strategia commercia le dell'azienda, garantendo la promozione dell'immagine dell'azienda e la piena soddisfazione del cliente. Creerà valore nel tempo, mettendo a punto soluzioni organizzative in grado di coniugare la soddisfazione del cliente e gli obiettivi aziendali.
Principali responsabilità
Assicurare il raggiungimento dei target di vendita richiesti dall'Azienda Mantenere il portafoglio clienti attualmente attivi Espandere il portafoglio clienti attraverso la promozione dell'immagine aziendale e dei suoi prodotti Assicurare una costante ed elevata soddisfazione del cliente Definire, in sinergia con l'ufficio gare ed il supporto del Marketing, la proposta commerciale più idonea da presentare al cliente Fornire informazioni per la preparazione del budget di vendita della propria zona Promuovere giornate/eventi scientifici per rafforzare l'immagine dell'azienda Effettuare analisi e mappatura della concorrenza Acquisire dati sulle esigenze del mercato per migliorare il posizionamento e la penetrazione dei prodotti Organizzare dimostrazioni presso il cliente con il contributo dei Sales Specialist o del Marketing Fornire all'Area Manager ogni informazione utile per definire offerte e/o strategie per il proprio portafoglio clienti Aggiornamento del CRM con dati clienti e tool (es. V. Prompter) dedicati all'attività di venditaEsperienze e conoscenze minime richieste
Laurea in Scienze Biologiche, Tecnologie Medicali, Ingegneria o titolo di studio equivalente (Biologia, Ingegneria Biomedica, ecc). Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese Almeno 2 anni di esperienza in posizioni di vendita, all'interno di un'azienda IVD operante in un contesto internazionale Normativa e gestione delle gare d'appalto Conoscenze economico-finanziarie (P&L, budget, costi, margini, HTA, ecc) Conoscenza organizzazione aziendale (ruoli, processi, ecc) Disponibilità a frequenti viaggi e spostamenti su tutto il territorio nazionaleCompetenze e capacità
