As a Partner Technical Account Manager, you will:

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned partners.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key partner stakeholders.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for our solutions.
  • Assist partners in integrating and adopting our products, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Conduct training sessions and technical workshops to empower partners with the necessary knowledge and tools.
  • Develop and deliver technical documentation, best practices, and user guides.
  • Understand partners' business goals and offer strategic advice to help them leverage our solutions for maximum impact.
  • Propose and execute co-development opportunities and enhancements based on partner feedback.
  • Manage and resolve technical issues by coordinating with internal product and engineering teams.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with partners throughout the problem-solving process.
  • Collect and communicate partner feedback to inform product development and enhancements.
  • Advocate for partner needs within the company to drive strategic product improvements.
  • Monitor partner performance and utilization of our solutions.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to partners, highlighting areas for improvement and optimization.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support, technical account management, or a related customer-facing technical role.
  • Proven experience working with complex software solutions and systems integration.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant programming languages, technical troubleshooting, and system integration.
  • Familiarity with APIs, cloud technologies, and data management platforms.
  • Proficiency in using analytics and monitoring tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in AdTech is desirable.
