Acerca del rol

Estamos buscando un Ejecutivo de Ventas para unirse a nuestro equipo de ventas y trabajar con nuestros eventos en México.

Responsabilidades

Conocer a profundidad los productos y servicios que la RXAM puede ofrecer a sus clientes y potenciales expositores.

Atender a los clientes estratégicos para el producto y apoyar al Product Manager en la atención a los anclajes de los eventos a los que esté asignado.

Definir una estrategia con el responsable de producto y comercial para recaptar clientes importantes que ya no son expositores.

Comercializar la zona, el merchandising y los productos digitales de los proyectos a los que esté asignado.

Realizar gestiones de venta diaria a través de contacto telefónico, correo electrónico o reuniones, con el objetivo de entender las necesidades del cliente y siempre registrando y/o actualizando la información en el CRM de la empresa.

Prospectar clientes, desarrollando nuevos mercados potenciales y sectores dentro del evento.

Elaborar propuestas comerciales en línea con la estrategia y negociar los márgenes definidos por los responsables.

Ejecutar en el sistema la conversión de clientes potenciales en contactos;

Registrar nuevos clientes y actualizar constantemente la información para mantenerlo al día.

Registrar en el sistema toda la información recopilada en contactos telefónicos, reuniones o intercambios de correos electrónicos con las empresas;

Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el Jefe de Producto para crear y vender patrocinios y realizar Proyectos Especiales.

Interfaz con el departamento de Marketing cuando sea necesario.

Apoyar al Departamento Financiero cuando sea necesario, principalmente en: Recaudar la devolución de los contratos firmados; Apoyo en el cobro a clientes morosos; Generar análisis e informes a petición.

Requisitos

Formación académica asociada al área de Publicidad, Comunicaciones o un campo relacionado.

Experiencia en ventas de patrocinios.

Disponibilidad para desplazarse entre CDMX, Guadalajara y Cancún.
