Colabora con 3Mers innovadores alrededor del mundo

Como Representante de Ventas Usuario Final para AAD desempeñarás un rol clave para incrementar la participación de los productos para la reparación de automóviles, tractocamiones, y autobuses, de la división del mercado de post venta de 3M en los estados de Sinaloa, Sonora y Baja California Sur.

El impacto que tendrás en este rol

El cumplimiento de las metas de venta para la región Culiacan apoyará el logro del objetivo total de la división. Impulsarás el crecimiento de las ventas a través del desarrollo comercial y la administración de las cuentas prioritarias de la región, incrementando la participación de 3M en los talleres de reparación automotriz de alta productividad. Identificarás, analizarás y aprovecharás nuevas oportunidades de mercado para maximizar la participación de la división en el mercado de post venta. Desarrollarás actividades de demostración y capacitación que involucren los diferentes procesos de reparación de colisiones automotrices, cumpliendo con los requerimientos del cliente, así como la solución y análisis a problemas de las diferentes etapas de reparación. Liderar y capacitar a la fuerza de venta de los socios comerciales AAD

Para preparar tu camino hacia el éxito en esta posición desde el primer día, 3M está en búsqueda de candidatos que cuenten con:

Formación universitaria concluida, Título indispensable. Conocimiento 50% de idioma inglés hablado y escrito Preferentemente experiencia en ventas técnicas (2 o más años) Disponibilidad para viajar Experiencia comercial mínima de 2 años en ventas de productos diferenciados que requieran hacer análisis costo beneficio, uso de pencil selling, análisis y solución de problemas. Destrezas técnicas, habilidad para el manejo de herramientas neumaticas y eléctricas Conocimiento en paquetería Office: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel Orientado a resultados, trabajo bajo presión, integro, colaborativo Habilidades de negociación Capacidad para analizar, planear y ejecutar un plan de trabajo teniendo en cuenta variables de tiempo, territorio y potencial de este. Liderazgo, entusiasmo y pasión por el sector Automotriz preferiblemente.
