Roles and Responsibilities:

Calendar management, understanding meeting purpose, ensuring advance preparation and reviews of content, coordinating across senior business leaders, locations, and different time zones Coordination of team meetings, offsites, activities and other events Booking international and domestic travel according to Amex travel booking tools, preferred vendors, and associated policies. Build detailed itineraries and provide advance preparation for VP Ensuring timely preparation and processing of expense reports Organize and coordinate activities associated with Town Halls, and other employee-related activities and events Logistics and delivery support for senior leader market visits Ad-hoc administrative tasks including updating organization charts, distribution lists, PowerPoint documents and/or creating PowerPoint slides

Skills and Qualifications:

Exceptional organizational and administrative skills Ability to work under pressure, to tight deadlines and with strong attention to detail and timely follow-up Ability to manage multiple priorities, make sound decisions, and maintain discretion and confidentiality of sensitive information Strong PC skills in MS Office applications (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Outlook Excellent communication skills, both written and oral; strong relationship-building, interpersonal, influencing, and collaborating skills across multiple band levels Fully trustable and able to manage confidential information Fluent in English
