Descripción del puesto: Sales Field OperationsEn esta posición, serás responsable principal de garantizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de ventas, así como desarrollar estrategias para maximizar la rentabilidad del negocio en el área asignada.
Como Sales Field Operations, tu principal responsabilidad será asegurar que la red de distribuidores opere de acuerdo con los procesos establecidos por la organización, buscando la satisfacción, rentabilidad y retención del cliente. Validarás las actividades del equipo en sitio, brindarás capacitación y apoyo en el campo, así como analizarás datos y tendencias del mercado para identificar oportunidades de crecimiento. Deberás mantener una comunicación constante con el equipo, clientes e inversionistas en el dealer para asegurar la excelencia en el servicio y la consecución de metas.
Buscamos a un profesional proactivo, orientado a resultados y con habilidades de liderazgo para desempeñarse en este rol. La persona ideal deberá contar con experiencia previa en ventas en el sector automotriz, disponibilidad para trasladarse dentro de la república, tener una clara orientación al cliente y al logro de objetivos.
Requisitos:- Licenciatura terminada en Administración, Marketing, ingeniería industrial o carreras afines.
- Mínimo de 4 años de experiencia en venta - post venta campo en el sector automotriz.
- Licencia de conducir vigente y posibilidad de viajar a nivel nacional.
- Dominio de Microsoft Office intermedio.
- Dominio intermedio - avanzado del idioma inglés.
